What the Scale plan includes, who it's for, and how committed usage works.
Scale is built around committed usage that grows with you. It includes the complete Coassemble platform and the full API, the same as every other plan, plus a Controlled Release server option, custom billing, a DPA and priority support.
Who is Scale for?
Scale suits teams past their first integration whose learner numbers, AI usage or client base is growing. Instead of a fixed allowance, you commit to a usage level agreed in a conversation with the Coassemble team, and your price and allowances are sized to that commitment. As your usage grows, your commitment grows alongside it.
What's included
- The complete platform: generate a course from a prompt, transform a document into a course, or convert a PowerPoint. Refine content with AI, generate screens and quizzes, add AI narration with premium voices, and generate images. Includes scored quizzes, collections, themes and colours, Google Fonts and custom font upload, brand voice, and the asset library.
- The full API: courses, collections, screens, embeddables, webhooks and events, the Generate API for programmatic AI generation, the Tracking API for reading tracking data and for GDPR deletes, the Themes API for reading and writing themes, translations by API, the usage allowance API, per-tenant usage reporting, and Embed MCP.
- Embeddables in every mode: course, collection and screen players, builder embeddables (edit mode), analytics components, and visual theming on embeddables.
- Sharing and delivery: share links, email invitations, Slack, embedding in tools like Notion and Confluence, and Dynamic SCORM export from the app.
- Reporting: course views, sentiment, completion rates, per-person progress for identified learners, and CSV export.
- Controlled Release server option: run production on a Controlled Release server, with dev and test environments alongside.
- Custom billing arrangements and a DPA.
- Priority support.

Entry figures are initial allowances, subject to recalibration. Your committed usage is agreed in the sizing conversation, and allowances step up as your commitment grows. The figures set on your own account are shown under Settings > Usage limits.
Allowances are soft capped. If your recipient numbers or AI usage run past your commitment, we'll reach out for a conversation about resizing. We call before anything stops, so there are no surprise cut-offs and no automatic overage billing.
How do I get Scale?
There's no self-serve checkout. Scale starts with a conversation with the Coassemble team, whether you're stepping up as usage grows, or coming straight from a Sandbox with scale already in view. Pricing starts from the entry point on the pricing page and grows with your committed usage.

What happens when my usage grows past my commitment?
We'll reach out for a conversation about resizing your commitment so your plan matches how you're actually using the platform. Nothing is billed automatically.
Does a bigger commitment unlock features?
No. Every plan carries the complete platform and the full API, and that doesn't change with the size of your commitment. What grows is capacity: how many recipients you can reach and how much AI generation you can run.
When does Partner make sense instead?
If Coassemble is core infrastructure for your platform and you need dedicated or region-locked servers, self-hosting, a full MSA or a dedicated partnership team, that's a Partner conversation.
